Welcome to Homework Pilot. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use this app.

2. Service Description

Homework Pilot provides a platform for analyzing photos of homework assignments to assist users with their educational needs. Features include uploading homework photos, receiving AI-generated advice, and other related educational tools.

3. User Accounts

Registration: You must register for an account to use Homework Pilot. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

Prohibited Actions: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the app in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping"; using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the app in a manner that sends more request messages to the Homework Pilot servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.

Legal Use: You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on Homework Pilot, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features ("Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to Homework Pilot, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under national and international copyright laws and conventions.

6. Content Provided by Users

Rights to Your Content: You retain all your rights to any text, photos, or other materials you submit to Homework Pilot ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform Your Content in connection with the app.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your content on the app.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. AI and Translation Disclaimers

AI Limitations: While Homework Pilot utilizes advanced AI technology provided by OpenAI to analyze homework assignments and provide guidance, the AI responses can sometimes be inaccurate or nonsensical. Users should review and critically assess the AI-generated advice before reliance.

Translation Services: The translation capabilities of Homework Pilot are powered by OpenAI's services. The accuracy of translations can vary and are not guaranteed. Users should be aware that certain nuances and contextual meanings may not be accurately captured by AI translations.

Reliance on AI: Users are advised not to rely solely on the AI-generated content for critical decisions. Homework Pilot is not responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided by the AI, including inaccuracies or errors in translation.

9. Disclaimers

Homework Pilot and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Homework Pilot or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use this app or the materials on this app, even if Homework Pilot or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.

11. Subscription Plans and Credits

Each new account is granted three credits to try the system. These credits allow you to fully experience the capabilities of our service without initial commitment. Upon exhaustion of the free credits, continued access to our services requires subscribing to one of our two monthly plans. Each plan is recurring and does not allow credits to roll over to the next month. Depending on the chosen plan, a specific number of credits will be replenished monthly.

12. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Homework Pilot offers the following subscription plans:

Basic Plan: $4.99 per month. This plan is ideal for individual students who need occasional help with their homework. It includes 10 credits per month.

Premium Plan: $9.99 per month. This plan is suitable for students who require more frequent assistance. It includes 25 credits per month.

Both plans automatically renew each month. Credits do not roll over and must be used within the month they are issued. Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled at any time through the user's account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
